Kids 360° is thrilled to introduce the Director of Kids 360° Early Learning Academy, Mr. Matt Martin!
Matthew A. Martin, M.Ed. is a Huntington University
graduate who spent 26 years in public education. Across three different school districts, he served as an administrator, classroom teacher, and instructional coach. He was named 2008 Avon (IN) Community School Corporation Teacher of the Year. In 2015, he also served as the director of the Minds-in-Motion Center in Carmel, Indiana.
Mr. Matt is extremely passionate about brain research
and its impact on teaching and learning. Over the years, he has shared his passion by leading many professional development workshops at the building, district, and university levels.
Mr. Matt is also an author! He is the co-author, with Candace Meyer, of The Mind Maze Handbook for Middle School and High School Students.

Kids 360° is beyond excited to introduce the ultimate expert teacher, our Lead Preschool Teacher, Ms. Angie!
Angela Berezny, B.S.Ed., is a Ball State University Teachers College graduate with 24 years of experience in early childhood education. Having experience as both a lead teacher and a director in various school settings has given her a unique perspective on how young children learn and thrive both in and out of the classroom. She has created curricula for several preschool programs and serves as our “Preschool Expert” on the Kids 360° Learning Academy curriculum board of experts.
Ms. Angie is passionate about giving young children a fun, positive learning environment that focuses on the whole child. To reach all types of learners with varying interests, you will see children in her classroom participating in center-based learning through PLAY. She believes that children learn best through hands-on activities that are relevant to their world.
Your preschooler will leave Ms. Angie’s classroom not only with academic growth but also with increased self-confidence and a love of learning that will carry them toward the next step in their learning journey.
Look for Ms. Angie’s “Teacher Corner” with tips you can try with your preschoolers at home as well as the latest trends in early childhood education! All are signed with Ms. Angie’s signature phrase, “Peace, love, and preschool!”

In addition to our fantastic full-time staff, Kids 360° Early Learning Academy is guided by our Curriculum Board of Experts which includes leaders in the education and early childhood development fields.
Kassi Hall
Joining the board is a passionate educator and lifelong learner, Kassi Hall, who is an experienced Education Consultant and Designer.
We are so lucky to include Kassi who is skilled in calibrating data-based, culturally responsive, and research-based interventions for children and their families. She has an impassioned belief that students’ growth is influenced by multifaceted external factors, so she’s become adept at affecting change within teachers, parents, and children through diplomacy and respect.
Enthusiastic about new methods and educational neuroscience, she’s inspired by researching evidence-based ideas, designing strategies, and curricula to create innovative systems to support the whole child.
Stephanie Hall
We know first-hand Stephanie’s impact on children and expertise in purposeful movement!
Stephanie has been part of the Wright’s family since 2017. She coaches all programs and is the Operations Director at Wright’s & NinjaZone in Westfield, Indiana.
Stephanie has been involved in gymnastics since the age of 3. She was an optional USAG competitive gymnast through the age of 13 and began coaching at 15 years old. She coached through high school and for two years in Bloomington while attending Indiana University.
Stephanie enjoys working with kids and sharing her love for fitness and gymnastics with those she has the privilege to coach.
Katherine Schuetz, O.D.
We are thrilled to welcome Dr. Katherine Schuetz to the Kids 360° Board!
Katherine received her Doctor of Optometry degree magna cum laude from Indiana University School of Optometry in 2000 and currently practices pediatric optometry at RevolutionEYES and Little Eyes in Carmel, IN.
Dr. Schuetz has practiced in Carmel and Zionsville for the past 16 years and has been a provider for InfantSEE since 2002, the national no-cost program for eye assessments for babies aged 6 -12 months. Katherine believes that children need special care in the diagnosing and treatment of vision problems.
In addition to seeing patients in the office, Dr. Schuetz sees patients at Trinity Free Clinic, and is pleased to perform school screenings for many Carmel elementary schools, as well as Westfield and many private schools locally. She is a member of the Indiana Optometric Association, Central Indiana Optometric Society, Sports Vision Section of the American Optometric Association, and American Academy of Orthokeratology and Myopia Control.
Jillinda Stella
We are so excited to welcome Jillinda Stella to the Kids 360° Board of Experts.
Jillinda received her Masters of Education from Anderson University and is currently teaching Kindergarten at West Clay Elementary School in the Carmel Clay School district.
Throughout her 18 years of teaching, she has continued to believe that every classroom should be a living laboratory in which students can explore relationships, build enthusiasm for learning, and make discoveries in a stimulating environment. She believes that movement and sensory input are a vital part of cognitive development!
